so i'm back AGAIN! i just got off the phone with two dear friends and realized how much i miss them and that in this crazy world of technology i need to take advantage of blogging and keep them up to date on my life. so here we go....
i've decided to add this to my list of resolutions - i am going to try and blog at least once a week. i'm certain i've said this before, but b/c it is a new year - i mean it! so far this year has been crazy! i'm 7.5 months pregnant and honestly loving it. i truly enjoy being pregnant - it's a beautiful gift that i'm very thankful for! things are looking good for our new baby girl - she's just like elise minus the hiccups. she moves all the time and tends to keep me up at night.
elise loves her baby U.S.A (the name she has given her "sister-baby"). She continues to kiss my belly, sing songs and put lotion on it. elise has also moved into her "big girl" room. she adores it! the transition was much easier than joe and i thought. she had no trouble at all sleeping in a new room and new bed. in fact, she doesn't even want to go in her old room - she considers it U.S.A.'s room. elise loves to read, sing and dance (just like her mama). i'm looking forward to being off work to spend more time with both girls in march!
joe has been busy getting back in the swing of things with work. he's teaching two classes and is getting ready for his big debut as president of the national printmaking society. this year the conference is in chicago. it just happens to be 4 days after the baby is due - not the best timing, but i have faith it'll all work out! he continues to show his work all over the place. we're very proud of him!
i am also getting back in the swing of school, school and administration! i'm finishing up my internship this semester. it's been very overwhelming, but i'm determined to be finished with it before the baby comes - so let's all keep our fingers crossed! i'm learning so much about the administrative field with this internship. it's amazing how political an elementary school is! i continue to enjoy working at the school i'm at, but again, i am looking forward to being finished in march!

i am going to take a new approach to the blog (becky you're my inspiration). and like i said before, i am going to make an effort to blog in 2009! take care and happy new year!

Yay Anne! It's true. You owe it to us to show everyone what you're up to over there in WV. But I will tell you, once you're home it will be a heck of lot easier and more fun to blog! So, come March we'll be seeing MUCH more of you and the fam. Love you!

Elise couldn't be cuter! Hope you continue to feel great. I can't wait to hear of little USA's arrival:) I will be praying for a safe and healthy delivery for you both. Take care:)
